If you want to dive regularly this is the course for you! As someone committed to diving, the safety of yourself and others may often enter your mind. This course begins by teaching you the techniques, confidence and the ability to manage minor problems that may occur to you or others in while diving.
The Rescue Diver course takes 3-4 days and consists of some self study and time in class with your instructor, shallow water training, where you learn and practice the basics of safer diving, Followed by 2 open water dives where you further develop these skills in life like sessions while diving. Finishing with 2 life like scenarios where you are pushed and push yourself to the limits. Every Rescue Diver remembers the achievement of completing this challenging yet rewarding course whilst most of them find the course both demanding and rewarding, at the end, they say it’s the best course they’ve ever taken.
To participate in the PADI Rescue course you must be at least 12 years old and have a PADI Adventure diver certification (or an equivilant cetification from another organization). You must also hold a current first aid and CPR qualification. If you do not already hold this qualification don’t worry Scuba Hut can train you to be an Emergency First Responder.

What next? After completing CPR and first aid and the PADI Rescue Diver course, you should take the PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider course. Together, these three courses round out your ability to handle scuba diver emergencies.
